Why is my account on hold?

You might be facing this issue for two reasons:

You have delayed or defaulted on your repayments. We request you to clear your dues and wait for 7 working days for auto-consideration of your profile to be removed from the on-hold state.

We might have noticed suspicious activity on your account, and have therefore put your profile on hold and suspended your card for your security.
