Amount got debited from my bank account but is not credited in my slice mini account. What should I do?

Please proceed as per the status of the transaction: 

  1. Failed: Please retry. Any amount debited will be refunded back to the source account within 5-7 working days.
  2. Successful: Please wait for the money to reflect in your slice account. If it has been more than 15 minutes since the transaction is successful and money is still not reflected in the mini account, please reach out to our customer support for more help.
