I haven’t received a refund for my slice mini transaction. What should I do?

Please proceed as per below:

1. If transaction is done via slice mini UPI: Please wait 48 hours for the refund transaction to get processed. If 48 hours have passed and the transaction is still in progress, please reach out to customer support
2. If transaction is done via slice mini card: Please wait 5-7 working days for the refund transaction to get processed. If it has been more than that and the transaction is still in progress, please reach out to customer support for more help.
