I paid my bill elsewhere but the status is not getting reflected on slice.

In certain instances, it may take a few weeks for your bill status to be updated on slice. However, you also have the option to manually mark the status as "paid" within the slice app for more precise tracking. Rest assured, we will promptly update the bill payment status as soon as we receive confirmation from the biller
