What are the steps to close my account with slice?

You can email us at [email protected] from your registered email address or follow the steps given below to close your account and data with slice, the account will be closed in 24 hours after placing the request

Steps to close the account through the app - 


1. select the 'chat icon' on the top right of the slice app landing page

2. click on 'app settings' on the chat screen

3. click on 'others' and select the appropriate closure option

4. your account will be deleted after performing the necessary checks after 24 hours

Steps to raise account deletion through the web portal -

1. login to the portal through the registered email ID - https://slice.freshdesk.com/support/login (you can reset your password in case you don't remember)
2. fill out the form and select 'account closure' in the dropdown
3. your account will be closed after performing the necessary checks after 24 hours


Note: Account closure is a permanent action. If you decide to proceed, you won't have the option to reapply in the future.
