I am unable to link my bank account to slice UPI

  • To link your bank account to UPI, your bank should be live on UPI. Please verify that you bank is apart of the list mentioned here: https://www.npci.org.in/what-we-do/bhim/live-members

  • If you bank is live on UPI, you might have chosen an incorrect phone number during onboarding. Change the number and complete verification with the phone number that is linked to your bank account.

  • If onboarding is also done with the correct phone number, then this could indicate an issue with your bank account. Please reach out to your bank for a resolution.
