I am unable to complete device verification for UPI

Ensure the below for successful device verification:

  1. Make sure you are in a good network zone and the device is not on airplane mode

  2. In case of dual sim, choose the SIM linked to your bank account for mobile verification

  3. Make sure that you have an active SMS pack with sufficient balance 

  4. Send the SMS within 5 seconds of the SMS prompt to ensure security 

  5. Do not switch between applications during device verification
