I am unable to complete device verification during UPI onboarding

To ensure that your device verification is successful, ensure the following:


1. Make sure you are in a good network zone. The device must not be on airplance mode.

2. Choose the correct SIM while verifying your mobile number in case of dual SIM phones. This phone number must be linked to your bank accounts.

3. Make sure that you have an active SMS pack & have sufficient balance to be able to send SMS from your device

4. Send the SMS within 5 seconds of when the SMS prompt appears on your screen. This is to ensure your safety.

5. When the device verification is in progress, do not switch between applications on your phone.
